Coas Visit to Saudi Army chief arrived in Saudi Arabia , the Pakistan embassy in Riyadh said, vision a diplomatic discussion that has threatened Riyadh's financial interests life line to the country.
Coas arrived in Riyadh at 10am, the embassy said. The head of the Inter-Services Intelligence , General Faiz Hameed, is along the Coas.
The Saudi Chief of General Staff Major General Fayyad bin Hammad Al-Ruwaili received Bajwa.
“During their meeting, they
discussed aspects of military cooperation and ways to boost it as well as other
topics of common interest,”Said by the officials.
The two countries are
traditionally close and Saudi Arabia in 2018 gave Pakistan a $3 billion loan and
$3.2bn oil credit facility to help its balance of payments crisis.
But Riyadh is Banned from Pakistan that Saudi Arabia has been his views on the Kashmir issue.
Last week, the military's media affairs confirmed that the visit was pre-planned and “primarily military affairs oriented”.
Pakistan raise the Saudi-led Organisation of Islamic Countries (OIC) to convene a high-level meeting to highlight Indian violations in occupied Kashmir.
But the OIC has only held low-level meetings so far.
Said by the Pakistani officials to saudi"If you cannot convene it, then I’ll be compelled to ask Prime Minister Imran Khan to call a meeting of the Islamic countries that are ready to stand with us on the issue of Kashmir and support the oppressed Kashmiris.”
The Situation has stopped getting worse but not come to its optimal level.
Pak-Saudia Relations have been frozen from last several months due to Pakistan inclination towards Kashmir ,Iran and Turkey.
The oil supply which is cut down by the Saudi official and the payements issues remains in air and have not welcomed again by Saudi”s
